Welcome to Novelite! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Novelite iOS application (the "App"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our App.
By accessing or using Novelite, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the App.
Novelite is a reading application that provides access to various stories and novels. Features include:
- Access to a vast library of stories
- Personalized reading recommendations
- Reading customization options
- Synchronization across devices
You may need to register an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
We offer the following gold coin packages:
- 200 Gold Coins
- 500 Gold Coins
- 1,000 Gold Coins
- 1,500 Gold Coins
- 2,500 Gold Coins
- 5,000 Gold Coins
Gold coins are virtual currency used to purchase content within the App. They have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
We offer three subscription tiers:
- Weekly VIP Membership
- Monthly VIP Membership
- Yearly VIP Membership
Subscriptions automatically renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
To cancel subscriptions:
- Open iPhone Settings > [Your Name] > iTunes & App Store
- Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID > Subscriptions
- Select Novelite and cancel the subscription
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to circumvent any content protection methods
- Share your account with others
All content available through the App, including stories, graphics, and logos, is the property of Novelite or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novelite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the App or via email.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
